My Transformation
I have confused being an exceptional technician with being a leader for my teams and my companies.
My transformation has been to become a leader through understanding my own emotions and those of my team members.
In my humble opinion (IMHO), these are the foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0).

The beginnings
The story of how I became who I am starts at the age of 9 when I discovered my vocation in computer camps.
At that moment, I stopped being a child and became someone with a passion, a passion so great that it still guides my life and my decisions to this day.

At that moment, I stopped being a child and became someone with a passion, a passion so great that it still guides my life and my decisions to this day.
I am convinced that this discovery allowed me to gain a worldview that many people have yet to understand and embrace even decades later.
Thus, upon entering university, my professional profile was already very different from the majority, which greatly interested certain companies that sought to break away from the established norms and provide a unique value in the market.
I quickly started working as an intern in a start-up, balancing this work with my formal education, self-taught learning through readings and discoveries in the field of computer science, and the abundance of information shared on the Internet.

2020Shortly after graduating from university, I founded my first company dedicated to the creation and operation of multimedia information points capable of communicating with mobile phones.
More recently, I founded the project that I am most proud of to this day, Nexiona, a company that leverages the ease of connectivity of any device to the Internet to provide solutions to the everyday challenges of many businesses.
An example of what we do: imagine a farmer who uses a machine to milk his cows. Thanks to the work of my company, he is now able to have detailed information about his production figures and any potential issues with his machine from the farm and from anywhere in the world.
In summary, what we have done is bring digital transformation to a very traditional company that initially seemed to be disconnected from these concepts and at risk of being left behind in terms of innovation.
HERE AND NOW
"Life is not about finding yourself, but about creating yourself."
My work until November 2018 had been very technical, and although I loved it, I felt like I was neglecting a big part of my personality: adding value, interacting with people, and exchanging ideas for something bigger than ourselves.
So at that moment I decided that my life had to take a different direction.
I needed to focus my life on a business that would be attractive enough for me to dedicate myself to it for the rest of my life.
FROM TECHNICAL TO HUMAN
So how could I apply all my knowledge, experience, and creativity to something that went beyond the purely technical and computer-related?
At that moment I discovered that I want to pass on my passion so that others can find theirs. My experience as a technician, my innovative and disruptive profile and my self-taught vocation mean that I am up to date with the latest developments. What I do as a consultant, trainer or speaker is to put them into operation long before others even realise they have happened.
That, coupled with my high productivity and high concentration, makes me well-suited to help others improve their businesses and their profitability. My professional transformation has taken the form of trainings, round tables, or workshops in which I share my experience and knowledge. In addition, I also share my expertise in consulting and mentoring services specializing in Industry 4.0, helping IT managers to digitally transform their companies.
SHARING, THE ESSENCE THAT MOVES ME
The word that best describes me and my company is “sharing”.
I believe that the only way to grow as people and as a society is by sharing.
For me, sharing is creating, and with my company, I want to help create companies of the future where managers are passionate and pass on their passion to their employees.
I provide training, lectures, workshops, consultancy, and mentoring to managers (CEO, CTO, development leads, etc.), especially in the digital industry and Industry 4.0.
That is why I focus on teaching as I would have liked to be taught, and why I share as much as I can.
I work with executives, managers, and team leaders in startups and small to medium-sized companies in the 4.0 sector and help them to get more out of their company while enjoying their time and work along the way.

TELEWORKING FOR CONVICTION
"I like people who think that teamwork, among friends, produces more than chaotic individual efforts".
Currently, my work as a facilitator of innovative enterprises focuses on distance work.
Remote working is the most obvious translation of the fact that thanks to telecommunications, borders no longer exist.
This, together with modern transport, means that any corner of the world is our office, opening our doors to multiculturalism never seen before, which enriches our products and services.
For this reason, one of my main focuses is to achieve companies that achieve their turnover targets and that function perfectly without needing a physical headquarters or the whole team working from the same place.

What really motivates me in life is sharing knowledge, experience, and creativity in the era of the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0).
