Why do people still print on paper?

Let’s do a visualization exercise. Close your eyes and imagine a desk. It’s the desk of an employee in a technology company. Can you see it? Let me guess: the desk is huge, there’s a computer on top, and of course, it’s filled with papers!

With the rise of the digital world, it seemed like paper was destined to disappear, but that’s not the case at all. And I think we will find the answer if we ask ourselves a couple of questions: 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐫? And what about our screens?

Indeed, if we use large desks but small screens, it is logical that paper still plays a prominent role in our workspace.

And what if instead of having 17-inch screens and huge desks, the desks were small and the screens were 48 inches, 60 inches, or even 90 inches? We would reverse the situation, working with screens where we can view more than one document at a time, imitating desks filled with paper.
