In fact, there are those who survive by prioritizing “randomly,” we’re sure we all know someone like that. They use the ASM method, which stands for “A Sort of Magic.”
But the reality is that in the world we live in, in the business environment, it is necessary to prioritize decisions, as it is not easy to exhaust the resources of the company without achieving the expected results. Good leaders must be able to determine which initiative to prioritize at any given moment.
