Simon Sinek, a highly recommended author, became famous as a result of the “WHY” theory. Simon says that today’s leaders play a finite game. In other words, they interpret the reality of their companies as a game with an end.
They seek an immediate result with one goal in mind: to win and outperform the competition. Typical of a short-term mentality.
