As part of Biz Barcelona 2020 and in collaboration with Barcelona Digital Talent, we presented the result of a project that involved significant effort during a significant part of last year.
Thanks to the 22@Network and through the Talent Commission led by Yolanda Triviño, I was able to work on curating the information obtained through qualitative and quantitative studies conducted with hundreds of companies in the region. The creation of the Digital Occupations Dictionary (DDOT) cards is the result of this work. Additionally, we have developed a professional occupation definition structure that can adapt to emerging roles, supported by a knowledge database that enables the organization and coding of information on the cards.
The event was hybrid, allowing attendees to participate both in person and online through a live stream. The setup was truly interesting, as it not only respected the safety distances but also managed to maintain the audience’s engagement and warmth. Moreover, the event was streamed live online, reaching a wider audience.
