Today I want to show you a very useful tool for any business, it is a framework called AARRR. It is often used in companies exploring new niches, in startups, or also in SaaS companies.
The AARRR has 5 stages, which represent the process our customer goes through from the moment he/she meets us until he/she buys from us.
Hoy te quiero enseñar una herramienta muy útil para cualquier negocio, se trata de un framework llamado AARRR. Se suele utilizar en empresas que exploran nuevos nichos, en startups o también en compañías de SaaS.
El AARRR tiene 5 estadios, que representan el proceso que hace nuestro cliente desde que nos conoce hasta que nos compra.
Simon Sinek, a highly recommended author, became famous as a result of the “WHY” theory. Simon says that today’s leaders play a finite game. In other words, they interpret the reality of their companies as a game with an end.
They seek an immediate result with one goal in mind: to win and outperform the competition. Typical of a short-term mentality.
What does Sinek propose? Find a different way of leading companies. That we do so with an infinite game in mind.
