On December 2nd, I had the pleasure of participating as a facilitator in the panel discussion titled “Effects of remote work on agile teams.” I was joined by Albert Zaragoza, the CTP and VP of Engineering, and Antonio Valle, the founder of G2, Governance, and IT Management. With them, we reflected on how remote work affects creativity, sustainability, and the value generated in agile teams.

The event took place as part of Scrum Day Barcelona 2021.
