I often visit factories where continuous improvement projects are carried out to be more efficient. However, I often notice a lack of indicators that can help us determine whether the company has actually improved after implementing these projects.
The training aims to provide an objective perspective on continuous improvement and help us understand where to focus when seeking to improve our productive business. Intuition doesn’t always guide us toward where we should focus.
